Since we know our fruits' flavor can stand on its own, we have worked closely with local processors to develop a line of packaged products (jams, jellies and nectars) that use more fruit and less sugar. In fact, our applesauce, fruit butters and cider are 100% organic fruit and have no added sugar at all.

For example, in early September, Galas that have hints of banana and strawberry make you realize how wonderful apples can be--and make you wonder what happened to the flavor of apples that you buy in the store. In late September, Jonathan’s are a great tangy wake me up apple. We end with Fuji’s and Braeburn’s shipped from the end of October through the Christmas season.
